Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.nutzaro.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make on it. We sell packaged food products — currently cow ghee and makhana (fox nuts) — made and packed in Bihar, India (country of origin: India). Product images are illustrative; natural products vary slightly in colour, grain and texture. Ghee may granulate or solidify in cool weather; this is natural and does not affect quality. Net quantity, ingredients, nutrition information, allergen advice, batch number, best-before date and MRP are printed on every pack as required by the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time you place the order; shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment. Payment is collected by Razorpay and can be made by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets. We may also accept orders over WhatsApp, in which case payment terms will be confirmed in the chat. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund an order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of any amount paid — where stock is unavailable, an address cannot be served, we suspect fraud or misuse, or a pricing error has occurred. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled; see the Shipping & Returns Policy for what to do if there is a problem with delivery.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, our replacement and refund promise and the process for reporting a damaged or wrong item are set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, complete information when ordering. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The NUTZARO name, the leaf-and-drop monogram, the tagline "Nature's Finest", label artwork, photographs, text and the design of the Site belong to [Legal entity name, e.g. Nutzaro Foods (Proprietorship / LLP / Pvt Ltd)] or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Health and product information

Information on the Site describes our products and traditional methods of preparation. It is general information and not medical or dietary advice. Please read the label, including allergen advice (our ghee contains milk), before consuming any product, and consult a professional if you have specific dietary needs.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, floods or other natural events.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, Bihar] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum of competent jurisdiction. Please write to our Grievance Officer first; we aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
